It has a rich creamy dairy flavor with mild notes of floral honey, mazipan and vanilla (though it is made with no vanilla). Made with cocoa butter from the Dominican Republic. Ingredients: Sugar, cacao butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin.
49% Milk Chocolate- a rich, creamy, delicious Venezuelan milk chocolate. A little less sweet than a traditional milk, it has flavor notes of burnt sugar, chocolate and cream. An exceptional and irresistible milk chocolate. Ingredients: Sugar, cacao beans, cocoa butter, cream powder, soy lecithin (non-gmo), vanilla.
72% Dark Chocolate- This classic dark chocolate from Ecuador tastes just how a dark chocolate should. It is very versatile and works well in everything. We use it for making dark hot chocolate and mochas in our store. Ingredients: Cacao beans, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla.
